At DocketManager, we are constantly seeking innovative ways to empower our users and simplify the onboarding process for newcomers. Our team dedicates time every day to enhance existing support articles and create new ones to keep up with our ever-evolving platform. We are currently developing new tools within DocketManager to streamline the search for information, making it easier than ever to find what you need. Rest assured, our training materials and processes have been carefully crafted to not only assist new users but also keep our existing users up to speed.
Help modals have been added to all pages in DocketManager and can be accessed through the question mark icon in the top right of the screen.
These modals contain links to all relative:
Articles
Discover a wide range of articles directly linked or complementary to the page or a specific feature on the page.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions that come in through tickets are transformed into informative FAQ articles and incorporated into their respective pages.
Videos
Watch embedded videos seamlessly in DocketManager's right-hand panel or indulge in a captivating full-screen experience.
The modal itself is our actual Freshdesk, so our updates are live and users can navigate around Freshdesk to other sections.
A new training page has been implemented and is accessible through the left side navigation menu. While its main purpose is for onboarding, it can be used to train new employees or show users how to use unimplemented features.
User guides can be displayed by clicking the book icon in the top right of the screen. These are on screen guides that walk you through the steps to complete a specific task such as creating a customer, creating an entry, etc.
