The Benefits of our Authorize.net Integration

With DocketManager’s Authorize.net integration you can process credit cards both internally and online.

Internally you can manually enter the information, swipe or use a stored profile to process a credit card. Stored profiles make it easy for other employees to process payments so it doesn’t always have to fall on the accounting department.

Online a user can pay as they place an order, or can pay for any open orders they may have, even unposted ones. Online users can also add and maintain their own stored credit cards if given the access.

Orders with Balances

Security can be used to allow users to see only their balance or the whole company’s. Clients can select as many items as they want in one transaction, they can even change the status to unposted and prepay for orders in progress. On the MIS side, users will receive alerts when a payment has been received online so they will always be kept in the loop.

Joining Authorize.net

Authorize.net can provide you with both a payment gateway and merchant account or just a payment gateway. If you have an existing merchant that you prefer to stay with, you can confirm if they will connect with Authorize.net as Authorize.net works with almost all merchant account providers.
