We have a strong community building on our forums and we would like you to be a part of it!
Our feature request forum is a place where you can post yours ideas as well as comment and vote on others. We are building out our roadmap and want to fill it with the things that our users actually want and will use, so we will be looking to forums for things with the most votes and best conversations.
We currently have 153 topics, of those there are 65 Open, 7 Planned, 3 in Progress and 78 Implemented.
Although we have 65 open topics we know that can’t be it, what would you like the system to have or do?
A recent topic Better IP Reputation for Sending Forms has had some great conversation happening on it, and although that content was something that has come up before it wasn’t high on our priority list but because the topic’s popularity we have already implemented a dedicated IP into our 3.06 and will be building SMTP configurations as a high priority this fall.
Tell us what should be next.
Our discussion forums are newer and are meant for our users to talk to each other not only about how they use DM but just about their business in general. We find during most of setups and interactions with clients they have questions outside the system like, how do others price digital? how do others price ink? what are others doing for B2C? Having answered such questions numerous times and with most of the staff at DM having print experience we try our best to share our knowledge and experiences but its really our users who have the most knowledge and experience and would benefit from talking to each other.
There is a great topic up there right now about how to deal with minimums and like runs and though we can comment and show arguments either way we want to know what your opinion because you experience it everyday. These discussions will help determine most common or best practices and may even end with us needing to building more functionality in the system but we need your thoughts to get there.
