Our updates
In our second quarter of 2020 we have continued working from home while adapting to the new normal. We have been using this time to work through the 3.15 upgrades and now have the majority of our sites up and running. Throughout the rest of the summer months we hope to ramp up the upgrades and get the rest of the sites upgraded.
Meet our team
Nicole La Charite is the Senior Product Lead at DocketManager and has been with the company for 5 years. Prior to DocketManager she was a CSR for a large print company and prior to that she acquired experience in training and implementation of new internal software platforms. She spends the majority of her time scoping features for upcoming
versions and interacting with customers through the community forum.
Wondering what we are working on?
We will be using the forum to let our users know what we are working on. These will not just be the forum requests we are working on but some of the other features or projects we are doing.
3.15 To Do List
3.15 has a lot of great features and improvements, we just want to make sure you don't miss out on any of them.
Settings > Accounting > Financial
- ◌ Set your payment terms to auto calculate invoice due date
Settings > Admin > Account
- ◌ Give workflow and active user queue access
- ◌ Set the active user queue view
- ◌ Choose a default workflow and active queues
Settings > Dockets > Order Options
- ◌ Choose which File Groups auto generate thumbnails
- ◌ Calculate Order Due Options off today or proof approval date
- ◌ Set Order Due Options to calculate Proof due Date
- ◌ Exclude certain statuses from displaying in workflow
Settings > Dockets > Production
- ◌ Try out some of the new queue views we added to your site
- ◌ Remove or reorganize the search filters for each queue view
- ◌ Choose a sort option for each queue
- ◌ Simplify a user's workflow with queue access
- ◌ Organize your priority statuses into their priority order
Products
- ◌ Set File Upload to required
- ◌ Decide if files uploaded should create thumbnails
- ◌ Set a queue for new orders to enter
