Another amazing year at Print 19! Our new logo and sales team were a great success and we received excellent feedback on our product. As always it was nice to see some of the customers who had time to stop by the booth to say Hi!
We had a short break and then headed to Texas for Printing United 2019.
Printing United is becoming one of the best and busiest shows for us, but our team was still able to go out and have some fun in Dallas as well.
As we wrap up 2019, we are looking forward to our next shows in the spring and what 2020 will bring.
Meet our team
Toni Darling, the Director of Operations, has worked at DocketManager for 3 years. She gathered print experience working in the production and graphic design departments at Track21 Graphix after high school. Her management and training experience came from mentoring as an Artist Trainer and managing at a MAC store. She has single-handedly developed a new interactive training experience
for our customers. Toni also leads all on site trainings for both new hires and customers.
Wondering what we are working on?
We will be using the forum to let our users know what we are working on. These will not just be the forum requests we are working on but some of the other features or projects we are doing.
Public version highlights
In version 3.14 we have been working on a lot of UI cleanup such as changing field names to have more description (like `Name` to `Customer Name`) and showing eye icons in place of pencils when viewing. We have added file repositories on 5 new pages which include some more stylized views instead of tables. When connecting to our new credit card processor we also built in the ability to have unlimited credit card integrations in one instance of DocketManager, making it possible to operate dual locations or let a broker use their own.

Quotes and Orders have been split to separate pages.
20+ new icons have been added to the statuses features and users can now add icons from Font Awesome (Free) to create custom statuses.
Access edit modals, notes, tasks or generate documents right from the search screen.
Fle respositories have been added to Customer, Contacts, Orders, Stock and Supplies, and the UI has updated tables on these pages to cardview.

Beta version highlights
In version 3.15 we have spent the majority of our time working on some clean up for our documents and html tags. Document tags have been changed to universal tags that will work on documents, emails and production card views, the back end work that was completed will allow us to implement these tags in other areas of the system in the future. The other main focus of 3.15 was giving our production portion some major enhancements to make scheduling and workflow easier. This is just part 1 of the upgrades we are making.
