Our fourth quarter of 2021...
We are finishing up 2021 with our December enhancements going out to betas and the November enhancements going out to all the other sites. Incoming actions for Zapier will be our main focus for the first quarter of 2022.
We are working on some fun new email templates as well as adding thumbnails and signatures to our current ones. Our new repository should be ready to share with everyone in January.
With the new Zapier integration, there are many ways your DocketManager site can be connected to other Apps.
What can you do with it?
Yazmin and the team at Groppe have set up a scenario where they utilize the DocketManager Queue Change trigger as well as scanning to Google Sheets.
Here's a summary of what they have setup:
First they use the Queue Change trigger in DocketManager and Zapier paths to add rows for production items to Spreadsheet A and sample items to a separate spreadsheet.
When an item is done and packed, they use a barcode scanner to scan a custom barcode on their workorder that contains the order number. That scan creates a new row on spreadsheet B.
On a second Zap, any new row added Spreadsheet B triggers a lookup of the order number on Spreadsheet A that marks the row as complete. It then emails the order receiver letting them know that the item is packed and how many boxes are in total, this way they can know how many shipping labels are needed.

Quick Add
The quick add layout was given a refresh and new fields added to make entering simple jobs easier.
Six new toggles were added

- Price by Carton
- Blank Stock
- Outsourced
- With Bleed
The post cut imposition image was added as well as a pop over to make it easier to read. And finally the ability to add department items was also included.
Pay Invoice Online
Using the new {{PayOrderUrl}} HTML tag, customers can be sent links to pay for single invoices on the portal without the need of a login.
