In version 3.17 we implemented 17 New Features requested on the Feature Forum, with more coming in enhancements.
Here are few highlighted features.
A new setting allows users to select from available customer defaults when creating new customers making it quicker to set default sales reps, commission contacts and emails/documents.
The tracking number on shipments will now display on the online order status page. If the tracking number is generated through Shippo it will also be generated with a link to track it.
JDF, Json and XML files can be created to send information about the item along with the file through a Hot Folder integration.

An outgoing integration with Zapier has been implemented with 15 different triggers available.

Forum Feature Requests are the best. The community using DocketManager knows exactly where improvements are needed. It is wonderful to see that at least some MIS/W2P services are listening to their customers. This creates a product that is loved by the users and is worth every penny! It feels like we are included as customers and part of a solution that is going to keep improving.
