Did you know? There are some features you might not know about
Based on some frequently asked questions, here is part 5 of a list of hidden but very helpful features you might not know about.
Activity tracking can show you some actions that users have taken on certain objects such as moving items, deleting, restoring, etc.
This can be found under the Actions menu on pages such as customer, contact, order, etc.
Create custom statuses using the current icon selections in the system or add icons directly from Font Awesome.

Email recipients do not have to be existing contacts in the system, email addresses can be typed directly into the To, CC and BCC fields.
Just type in the email and hit enter.
When creating shipments, the contacts for destination and billing address do not have to be contacts in the system, custom names can be typed in.
Just type in the name and hit enter.
Similar to canned email subject lines, document file names can be customized to include the information that is important to your process.
