Did you know? There are some features you might not know about
Based on some frequently asked questions, here is part 3 of a list of hidden but very helpful features you might not know about.
Note labels can be set up as single use so that notes that are specific to an item or an order won't copy to the new order or quote.
This can be found under the General option of the Dockets section of the Settings page.
On most search pages in the system, each result has a 3-dot action menu on the right that allows the user to perform actions without having to enter the object. For orders, they can be posted and printed or emailed, and items can have a note or task added, a timer started or be moved to another queue.
Smart lists are available on most search pages and allows users to save their search criteria for future searches.
Files, such as a purchase order, that are specific to a quote or order can be uploaded under a files group that is set to single use so that it won't copy to the new quote or order.
This can be found under the Order Options icon of the Dockets section of the Settings page.
When using the wide format roll setting, run length can calculate itself if left blank. Stock sizes can be changed or setup without a length as well so it does not default when selecting a roll stock.

Awesome stuff here in this post. I especially like the one time use of a note, and files. Sometimes it would be great to have a note popup on the next order. Like when we un some overs and put them on the shelf.
