A new file uploader has been built in the most recent version of DocketManager that has helped with some of the cross browser issues of the previous uploader and includes some features there were requested by the DocketManager community. The file download feature allows users to access files quicker and with less clicks.
File Uploads
To speed up the file upload process, multiple files can now be added at once.
Drag and drop is now available, files can be dragged right into the upload area rather than selected from the file picker.
A lot of back end work has been done to allow the upload of very large files.
The file progress bar lets the users know where the upload process is at.
File Downloads
Multiple files on a single item can now be selected and downloaded at once.
Files across multiple items can be viewed, selected and downloaded together, making it easier to get the customized files sent from customer's through the online portal.
