If you prefer to work off paper, here are some ways to create reports for your work in progress.
Workflow Export
From each individual queue and the All queue, all the items showing can be exported using our standard item csv which provides all the information available on the item.
Outstanding Order Items Report
The reports section of DocketManager comes with a preformatted csv showing all outstanding items currently in workflow.
Custom Export
The custom export allows you to filter down results to unposted jobs and then select the columns of information about the order and item you want to include in your export. These selections can be saved as a smart list for quicker access next time.
Custom Workorder Report
A workorder can be created to look more like a report, allowing multiple items to be printed on the same the page. Using the document customization the document size can be adjusted to print larger or in landscape to fit more information. Within any queue, items can be selected and printed on the workorder.
