Based on some frequently asked questions, here is part 6 of a list of hidden but very helpful features you might not know about.
Default Outsourced Chosen
Set the default of the outsourced chosen toggle for all new outsourcing added to items.
This can be found in the General button under the Dockets section of the Settings page.
Default Destination Use As Customer
Choose the default Use as Customer option for creating new shipments.
This can be found in the General button under the Dockets section of the Settings page.
Default Offset Ink Coverage
Select a default ink coverage to prefill on all new items using that offset press.
This can be found under the offset press setup.
Opt in or out of notifications (alerts) for proofs, quotes, payments and inventory.
This can be found under the user's profile page.
Customize the new item page by changing the order of the panels, choosing to hide or display and selecting what information shows in the info boxes.
This can be found under the actions menu on the new item page.
