In the newest version of DocketManager, additional fields have been added to the Customer Default setup as well as an option to choose what set of information to use for the customer that is being created
If there are multiple sales reps, CSRs and commission contacts that can be selected on each Customer, preset a Customer Default for each. This will help prefill some fields on a customer that a user may not normally have access to but still allows them to set them up properly.
Some sites have multiple different brands within their company and can preset the Customer Defaults based on each one, making it easier to apply the appropriate document and email templates that should be used.
These additions should make customer creation faster and more accurate.
